BRAND STRATEGY & IDENTITY DESIGN
Esencia Interior is an interior design studio that helps small businesses and home owners to find their essence and display it in their personal spaces to create the feeling of home.
I was approached by Daniela, to clearly define her messaging, to come up with a name that would represent her approach to design and to design the visuals of her brand so that it would connect with her target audience. The aim is to create a design studio that prioritizes the clients by offering a holistic approach to interior design.
To create the logo we wanted something that didn't take away from Daniela's visuals. In other to do so we created a simple but powerful logo that could work deconstructed. We went for a flower and house for the following reasons:
House: a Home is the essence and center of her business we thought it should be represented
Flower: essence also means smell therefore a flower seemed like a perfect fit, it smells and it seeds
Growth: the flower grows from the newly designed home as it's owners will by living in the space
Courage/magic: the little dots represent the magic of having a new space aligned wit your essence
Photography, graphic elements and patterns are a unique opportunity to channel a brand's essence into something that will take the identity to the next level. Through these applications, you can envision how the color, type, photography and logo all come together as a cohesive brand. These images are only mockups to help you imagine the brand in context. The patterns allow for exciting textures to create a cohesive look across printed pieces such as packaging, or digital items such as the website and email newsletters. The patterns can be used as an extra detail to make customers smile and show Esencia Interior's intentional attention to detail. Overall, the brand identity creates a calming and inviting aesthetic, that welcomes clients in to renew their spaces.
